1. Product nature. T2K0 products are digital software indicators for Tradovate and are delivered electronically through Whop.

2. License. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the indicators in your own trading environment. Resale, redistribution, sharing, sublicensing, or reverse engineering is prohibited.

3. Payments and delivery. Payments are processed through Whop. Delivery occurs immediately after successful payment confirmation.

4. Refunds. Refund requests are handled according to Whop buyer protection rules. Unless stated otherwise in the active offer, digital product refunds are considered within 72 hours of purchase.

5. No warranty. Indicators are provided "as is" without guarantees of performance, profitability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

6. Limitation of liability. T2K0 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, including trading losses, lost profits, or data losses arising from use of the software.

7. Modifications. Features, pricing, and terms may be updated over time. Continued use implies acceptance of the updated terms.
